The waste electronic circuit boards recycling line recover metals efficiently from e-scrap discharged by electronic manufacturers domestically and abroad .The e-scrap includes waste PCB,leftover bits and pieces,electronic components,electronic equipment,etc.
It aims to extract and recover metal and non-
metallic from the waste PCB through the process of crushing, pulverize and air separation. It eradicates the traditional way of incineration and chemical agents dousing and tremendously reduces environmental pollution,and it contributes greatly to human health and ecological balance. It has the advantages of saving space, same separation efficiency but low cost, automatic processing, stable performance, easy operation ,convenient maintenance and recovery rate. Machinery information
1.Primary PCB crusher--crush PCB boards into 5-20mm size
2. Belt conveyor with magnetic separator-- separate ferrous first
3. Second hammer crusher for refining 5-20mm PCB into powder
4.Air separator with cyclone dust collector
Output will be pure copper particle/resin powder and mixture for further separation
5.Pulse dust collector--for air purification and dust treatment
6.PLC control cabinet

Q: What can we recycle form waste printed circuit boards, computer motherboards etc.?
A: The final products of our recycline line will be pure copper and resin powder in separate
Q: We want to see the recycling line operation on site, is it possible?
A: Sure, no problem. In fact, We had set up our own PCB recycling department near our factory.

Q: What is your solution for tail emission/dust and water treatment?
A: The entire line will equip with pulse dust collector system, make sure no dust and air pollution.
For wet method pcb recycline line, The water system will be run circularlly and storage in a water tank.
Q: I want to buy a plant of your machine,but I do not know how to install them and how to
run the entire line .could you help me ?
A:Our senior engineer will make a project drawing for your reference first.
The drawing will point out the machine size/space cost. even the worker numbers suggestion.
Our engineer will help to install the machine personally.
Q: What can I do if the machine can not work?
A: We appreciate that if you can send us a video to show the machine situation .
Our engineer will try to find out the problem and reply you soon. if it can not be solved through our guidance. Our engineer will come to your country and fix the problem personally

A: Our factory located at Shicheng County,Ganzhou city,Jiangxi Province. We have an office in Ganzhou city .We suggest you go to Ganzhou city first by plane or railway. We will pick you up and go to factory directly
Q:My employees are not skilled at operating such machine,can you help to train them?
A: Sure.That is no problem.
